We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided they are unused or in like-new condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included, to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Window

Customers may initiate a return or exchange within 45 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for processing.

Return Method and Label Process

All returns must be completed by mail. To facilitate your return, we provide a return label that can be downloaded and printed from your account portal or requested from our customer service team.

Hautessa covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for eligible returns, subject to the conditions outlined above.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in GBP (£).

Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges for items that meet our return conditions. If you would prefer a different size, colour, or replacement product, please indicate this when initiating your return request.
